Jason Moyer
Mr. Moyer concentrates his practice in the areas of construction law, commercial litigation, products liability,and general negligence matters. Currently, his practice is dedicated almost exclusively to the representation of large general contractors, developers, owners, architects, and engineers.
Hugh Higgins
Hugh Higgins is a board-certified specialist in Construction Law recognized by the Florida Bar. He routinely handles construction claims around the State of Florida, which exceed $10 million. In addition to construction practice, Mr. Higgins handles business litigation and casualty defense matters.

Lauren Eliopoulos
Lauren M. Eliopoulos practices in construction law and commercial litigation. She represents developers, general contractors, and subcontractors of residential housing communities, including condominiums and large planned communities, as well as commercial structures and retail spaces. In addition, Ms. Eliopoulos’ practice includes premises liability representation for restaurant owners and entrepreneurs.
Matthew Greetham
Matthew B. Greetham primarily practices in construction law and contract litigation where he represents developers, general contractors, and subcontractors of residential and commercial construction projects. He also represents insureds in personal injury defense, and presents at seminars in the emerging field of cybersecurity law and policy.
Laura Jo Lieffers
Laura Jo Lieffers primarily practices in the area of construction law, while also practicing in the areas of commercial litigation and property damage litigation. Ms. Lieffers earned her Bachelor of Architecture, a professional degree, from Roger Williams University. She has experience in both traditional architectural practice and remedial design/construction. Combining her design and construction understanding with legal skill, she is able to help her construction clients throughout the planning and construction processes, while also handling any construction defect claims. Currently, her practice is dedicated almost exclusively to the representation of general contractors, subcontractors, developers, owners, architects, and engineers.
Collin Mixon
Collin Mixon practices primarily in construction and commercial litigation. Currently, he represents developers, general contractors, subcontractors, and architects of condominium and multi-residential housing projects.
Michael Talaia
Michael J. Talaia primarily practices in construction law and commercial litigation. He has assisted his colleagues in resolving contentions between and among general contractors, sub-contractors, architects, owners, investors, engineers, commercial lending institutions, and insurance carriers. Such assistance includes drafting pleadings, interrogatories, motions, and reviewing written discovery, boring, engineering and other expert reports. Additional efforts include preliminary case analysis, as well as preparation leading up to and through resolution at mediation, and trial representation if necessary.
Hannah Tyson
Hannah M. Tyson primarily practices in construction law, while also practicing in the areas of commercial litigation and property damage litigation. Currently, her practice is dedicated primarily to the representation of developers, general contractors, subcontractors, owners, architects, and engineers. Ms. Tyson has argued Motions before the Court, drafted Answers and Affirmative Defenses to Complaints, participated in the depositions of fact and expert witnesses, attended Case Management Conferences, and issued and reviewed written discovery, including construction project files of developers, general contractors, and subcontractors. As a ninth generation Floridian, Ms. Tyson has seen firsthand the continuing growth and development in the state of Florida. While growing up, Ms. Tyson also had the opportunity to learn about the construction industry from the inside out while working as an office assistant at her grandparents’ custom home building company in Melbourne, Florida.
Angelika Vandenberg
Angelika “Angie” VandenBerg primarily practices in the area of construction law, while also practicing in the areas of commercial litigation and fidelity and surety law. Ms. VandenBerg received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida, M.E. Rinker School of Construction Management and her Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law. Prior to attending law school, she was a Project Engineer for a large commercial contractor overseeing construction of medical, office, and publicly funded projects. Her construction experience ranges from estimating and buy-out to project management and close-out, translating into practical knowledge in dealing with construction matters. Currently, her practice is dedicated almost exclusively to the representation of general contractors, subcontractors, developers, owners, architects, engineers, and sureties.
