Collin Mixon practices primarily in construction and commercial litigation. Currently, he represents developers, general contractors, subcontractors, and architects of condominium and multi-residential housing projects.
His work at the firm has included drafting complaints and answers, drafting and replying to Motions, appearing for depositions, reviewing project files, as well as participating in site inspections.
Through his experience as a collegiate athlete, Mr. Mixon has learned to work with a team in the pursuit of reaching a common goal. These attributes are used to serve his clients with timely and efficient legal representation. He enjoys spending time with family and watching college football on Saturdays.
Mr. Mixon received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Central Florida and his Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law.
