Milan Boer
Attorney at Law
Milan Boer primarily practices construction law and commercial litigation, representing developers, general contractors, and subcontractors of both residential and commercial properties across Florida. Before becoming an attorney, Mr. Boer worked as a law clerk at an asset protection firm, where he gained exposure to the transactional side of the legal field. He later joined Moyer Law Group as a summer associate and remained with the firm as a law clerk during his final year of law school, acquiring litigation experience and deepening his knowledge of construction law.
Mr. Boer earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from San Diego State University, followed by a Master of Business Administration and Juris Doctor from Stetson University. While attending law school, he served as secretary of Stetson’s Business Law Society, was an editor for the Stetson Law Journal of Aging Law and Policy, and volunteered regularly at Bay Area Legal Services’ Family Forms Clinic.
Outside of the practice of law, Mr. Boer enjoys spending time with his wife and dogs, surfing, fishing, and playing golf.
