Additionally, Mr. Murch represented the developer in Pasco County’s first public-private partnership with the Florida Department of Transportation, resulting in a protest-free award of a $20 million roadway project on State Road 54 and securing over $4 million in tax incentives for his client.
A graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy, Mr. Murch served in the U.S. Air Force, specializing in Force Protection, Anti-terrorism, and Counterterrorism. He was instrumental in safeguarding the B-2 Stealth Bomber, designing global security systems for nuclear treaty monitoring, and supporting Operations Southern Watch and Enduring Freedom in the Middle East, where he advised commanders and senior leaders on strategies to protect personnel and resources.
