Johnathan Urquhart

Johnathan Urquhart focuses his practice in construction and commercial litigation, representing developers, general contractors, and subcontractors for both residential and commercial properties across Florida.
Mr. Urquhart graduated from St. Petersburg College with a Bachelor of Science in Public Policy and Administration, later earning his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law. During his legal studies, he was an Associate with the Stetson Law Review, served as a Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant, was a Member of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honors Society, and studied Trial Advocacy at Oxford University in Oxford, England.
Before practicing law, Mr. Urquhart spent 20 years with the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration, where he held a leadership role overseeing a team of health facility surveyors to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
When Mr. Urquhart is not practicing law, he enjoys traveling, reading, gardening, and working on DIY projects. He also cherishes spending time with his family, friends, and dog.
