Oscar L. Sugrañes, III practices primarily in construction and commercial litigation, representing subcontractors and developers of residential and commercial projects throughout central and south Florida.

Prior to joining Moyer Law Group, Mr. Sugrañes gained valuable experience in construction and commercial litigation defense while practicing at a law firm with a national presence. He also served as a Legal Claims Specialist in the construction industry, where he conducted comprehensive legal analyses of construction defect claims.

Mr. Sugrañes earned his Bachelor of Arts in History and International Affairs from Florida State University. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law. While attending Stetson, he distinguished himself as a Legal Intern with the college’s esteemed Veterans Law Institute, for which he received the Veterans Law Institute Award.
