Alex Allred

Senior Counsel

Alex Allred practices primarily in construction and commercial litigation, representing subcontractors and developers of residential and commercial projects throughout central and south Florida. Prior to joining the Moyer Law Group, Mr. Allred practiced in foreclosure defense litigation for over seven years. Mr. Allred represented numerous homeowners in foreclosure actions in state and appellate courts throughout central Florida. Additionally, Mr. Allred assisted clients with many other matters, including business formation, and drafting and negotiating contracts.

Mr. Allred graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from Duquesne University School of Law in Pittsburgh before returning to the more agreeable climate of his native St. Petersburg. Mr. Allred enjoys running along the waterfronts and in the numerous parks in the area.
