Daniel Amirata

Daniel Amirata primarily practices in the area of construction law and commercial litigation. Currently, he represents developers, general contractors, and subcontractors for both residential housing and commercial structures throughout the state of Florida.
Mr. Amirata’s practice includes drafting complaints and answers, drafting motions, conducting legal research, attending hearings, taking depositions, and reviewing project files to find the best strategy for defending clients. Mr. Amirata has attended numerous construction defect seminars and conferences throughout the country such as West Coast Casualty and Claims and Litigation Management Alliance to learn about trends in the construction law industry.
Mr. Amirata grew up in Montclair, New Jersey, where he attended Montclair Kimberley Academy. After high school, he graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, then went on to receive his Juris Doctor from Stetson College of Law. During law school, he served as an Executive Articles Editor for Stetson Law’s Journal of Advocacy.
Mr. Amirata is dedicated to client satisfaction and efficiency. In addition to practicing construction law, he enjoys offshore fishing and playing golf.
