Randell “Rick” Rowe
Attorney at Law
Rick Rowe mainly practices construction law and commercial litigation, representing contractors and developers for both residential and commercial projects including multi-home subdivisions throughout central and south Florida, as well as high-rise condominiums such as the 55-story Trump Royale tower in Miami. Rick also assists clients with transactional matters such as crafting LLC operating agreements, employment contracts, deeds, and estate planning documents. On the litigation side, Rick’s experience spans fields to include appellate, business, association, and family law, where he routinely drafts pleadings and motions, argues dispositive motions before the court, and submits numerous appellate briefs to the Florida First District Court of Appeal. Recognizing that many clients encounter novel and often complex legal issues, Rick is enthusiastic about working efficiently with his clients to address and tackle these new and developing legal concerns.
Rick graduated from the Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, then went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from the FSU College of Law. During law school, he served as an Executive Articles Editor for the Florida State University Law Review and completed the Business Law Certificate Program.
Rick’s competitive yet calm demeanor allows him to zealously advocate for his clients while remaining composed in high-stress environments, and fuels his passions outside the office, where he enjoys playing golf and cheering on FSU’s sports teams.
